Sonya Pastor
Sonya Pastor has over a decade of experience in the field of public relations and government affairs. Sonya began her career in Washington, D.C. working for Congressman Kenneth E. Bentsen, Jr. (TX) and then on his congressional campaigns in Houston, Texas. Upon returning to her hometown of Phoenix, she managed the city of Phoenix Census 2000 Campaign; developed Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s communications and community outreach program; and coordinated several public outreach programs for transportation related clients, including; Valley Metro Rail and the Arizona Department of Transportation. In addition, Sonya represented the Salt River Project, one of the largest utility companies in the nation, with various local and state policy makers as one of their in house lobbyists.
Sonya Pastor also specializes in strategic planning and Hispanic outreach and is Spanish speaking.
