John Kaites

John Kaites, a former three-term Arizona State Legislator, served one term in the House of Representatives, then he successfully ran and was elected to two subsequent terms in the Arizona State Senate.

Mr. Kaites is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a member of the Arizona State Bar. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He began his legal career in 1989 as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Division and the Environmental Crimes section. In addition, he worked as a Deputy County Attorney prior to running for the Arizona House of Representatives.
